Scope of services:

Fiscalization: setup and support of software-based pECR, work with classic fiscal registers, resolution of receipt printing issues.

Software suite: Torgsoft software updates, operating system troubleshooting, configuration of the “Mobile App”.

Inventory management: consultations on stocktaking, analysis of discrepancies in reports, change of accounting currency.
Support is provided via remote connection to the client’s desktop.
