Scope of services:

Analytics and security: analysis of staff actions, detection of suspicious operations, access rights configuration, Windows virus checks.

Marketing and accounting: setup of bonus systems, SMS campaigns, analysis of profit and inventory movement.

Technical support: configuration of automatic database backups to Google Drive, recovery after failures.
Services are provided under a public offer. Unused hours are not carried over to the next period.
