About the company Torgsoft
Torgsoft — is a Ukrainian company that develops software for accounting and trade automation. Since 2005, we have been creating solutions for small and medium-sized businesses: retail stores, warehouses, online stores, retail chains, service companies, and small manufacturing businesses.
The Torgsoft software keeps records of goods, sales, stock balances, money, customers, and staff work. The owner receives data on product movement, cash register operations, purchases, returns, discounts, settlements, and trade results in one system.
Torgsoft has been operating since 2005
The company was founded in Kharkiv. From the beginning, the software was built around the operations that take place every day in a retail business: goods arrived at the warehouse, were sold, returned, transferred, repriced, paid for, or counted during inventory.
This principle remains in Torgsoft today. An employee records an operation, the software registers it and changes the corresponding accounting data. The owner checks stock balances, sales, money, staff actions, and other indicators based on the software data.
Experience with different trade formats
Torgsoft is used to automate more than 120 types of business. The software is installed on more than 26,000 cash registers. Over this time, the product has developed scenarios for one store, several cash registers, a warehouse, an online store, manufacturing, and a retail chain.
As the software developed, tools appeared for working with PRRO, VAT, excise goods, UKTZED codes, trade equipment, access rights, online sales, delivery, backup, and other tasks of Ukrainian business.
How we develop the product
A single standard. Torgsoft is developed as a replicated software product. The team analyzes customer requests and adds solutions to the software that are needed by a wide range of users. This approach allows us to maintain a single version line and document how functions work.
Relevance. The team monitors changes in fiscalization, legal requirements, payment services, marketplaces, and other systems Torgsoft works with. Changes that affect the operation of the software and its integrations are taken into account in new versions and services.
Documented knowledge. We turn typical questions and working scenarios into help materials, instructions, articles, and video tutorials. The software interface, documentation, and training materials are available in Ukrainian.
Technical support and responsibility
Torgsoft is responsible for the software product, the technical solutions provided, and the work performed by the company’s specialists. Installation, configuration, equipment connection, and further maintenance are carried out according to the terms of a specific service or service agreement.
The business owner defines the accounting rules, organizes staff work, and is responsible for cash discipline, financial decisions, and the correctness of source data. Access rights, operation logs, and Torgsoft reports provide information for checking employees’ work and accounting operations.
Software and equipment in one store
In the Torgsoft online store, you can purchase software licenses, additional options, trade equipment, and consumables. Torgsoft works with barcode scanners, label and receipt printers, electronic scales, bank terminals, data collection terminals, and other equipment for trade automation.
Prices for goods, licenses, and options are published in the online store. For comprehensive automation, the composition of the solution is determined by the number of stores and cash registers, required operations, method of access to the software, additional options, and equipment.
How to test Torgsoft before purchase
The Torgsoft demo version works for 30 days on a Windows computer. During this period, you can test product accounting, sales, stock balances, inventory, and the required additional options using your own working scenario.
After activating the demo version, up to 2 hours of free technical support are available within 30 days. Data entered during testing is preserved after switching to a commercial license.

The computer program «Torgsoft», the name Torgsoft, and the company’s trademarks are registered as intellectual property objects. The current mark «TORGSOFT — accounting made easy» is registered under certificate No. 375784 dated 17.12.2025.
