Torgsoft Mobile App — remote access to your Torgsoft database from an Android or iOS smartphone or tablet. Sales, warehouse, inventory, product photos, and reports are available without being tied to a desktop computer. It is suitable for owners, mobile salespeople, and warehouse employees.
What the Torgsoft Mobile App can do
Sales and work with products
- Sale — selling from a smartphone: barcode scanning or search by article number, discount, customer selection, and payment acceptance.
- Product return — processing returns away from the checkout or at locations without a laptop and scanner.
- Goods receipt — receiving goods using the smartphone camera: the barcode is immediately added to the incoming invoice, with prices and markups specified.
- Product check — comparing the actual quantity with the invoice: the program shows a match, shortage, or surplus.
- Internal transfer — moving goods between retail outlets.
- Write-off — quick write-off from the warehouse, for example in case of defects or when goods are used for business needs.
- Warehouse status — viewing stock balances by store and across the entire chain, changing the sale price, and viewing the latest purchase price.
- Size availability — checking whether the required size is still in stock or available in another store of the chain.
- Product storage location — searching where exactly the product is stored.
- Product photography — taking photos with the smartphone camera and automatically adding them to the product card.
Warehouse and inventory
- Inventory — stocktaking with a camera or Bluetooth scanner, with uploading the completed statement to the Torgsoft server.
- Offline stocktaking — inventory without connection to the server: data is saved in the device memory and uploaded as soon as internet appears.
- Creating statements — a new inventory statement can be created directly from a smartphone.
- Incoming invoice register — a list of all goods receipts for the selected period.
- Equipment accounting — accounting for furniture, equipment, and other company property with linking to premises or an employee.
Cash register, payments, and fiscalization
- Smartphone payment (Tap to Pay) — accepting contactless card payments through the smartphone NFC module using monobank (tapXPhone) and PrivatBank («Terminal») apps, without a separate POS terminal (Android).
- Software ECR — opening and closing shifts, cash deposit and withdrawal, X- and Z-reports, and fiscal electronic receipts directly from the app.
Finance and sales analytics
- Finance — viewing money in cash registers, currency cash registers, and current accounts, turnover control.
- Mobile operations — quick recording of expenses and income with account specification.
- Undefined payments — recording payments that have been received but are not yet linked to a customer or document.
- Sales totals — store reports: sold goods, receipts, amounts, discounts, cash register report for the day, by departments, by product, and by receipts.
- Trade with invoicing — wholesale sales totals: issued invoices, shipped outgoing invoices, received payments.
- Retail chain status — number of products in the chain, amount at cost and by price list, discounts, expected profit.
- Period analysis — gross income, profit, expenses, and profitability of the store or chain.
- Statement for the period — reconciliation of cash register and current account operations by day.
- Balance with partners — status of mutual settlements with counterparties.
- Report export — any report can be generated as a PDF and sent through third-party apps.
Orders, customers, and staff
- Orders — receiving, editing, and issuing customer orders, including online orders, with reservation and prepayment.
- Customers — viewing the customer database, discount card barcodes, discount percentage, purchase history, and bonuses.
- Workday registration — recording an employee’s arrival by badge with a workplace photo.
- Employees — who arrived on time, who was late, who is on sick leave or vacation.
- Personal payslip — an employee sees their own worked hours and accrued salary from their smartphone.
- Price checker — a mode for a tablet or terminal in the sales area where the customer independently scans a barcode and sees the price.
- Flexible access rights — you can hide purchase prices, prohibit changing the sale price, or viewing stock balances of other locations.
Some modes work only with the corresponding options: staff control and viewing accrued salary require the Payroll and staff motivation option, while fiscalization of receipts from a smartphone requires the Software ECR option.
