- Software ECR — an additional option in the accounting software that fully automates sales: generates electronic fiscal receipts, sends them to the tax authorities, stores all sales information, generates reports, automatically fills out applications to the tax authorities when registering cashiers, etc.
Differences between classic and software ECR
The classic fiscal registrar, like the software ECR, works with the accounting software: registers sales, issues receipts, generates and sends reports online.
The difference between the classic ECR and the software ECR is in the way of usage.
Classic fiscal registrar — is a physical device, a special printer with a modem, and therefore requires additional costs for purchase, repair, and mandatory regular maintenance.
