What is Torgsoft-Ultra?

Features of the Torgsoft-Ultra license

Torgsoft-Ultra is the full version of the Torgsoft program for a store, warehouse, or trading business that needs several workstations within local infrastructure, extended product and financial accounting, wholesale trade, customer management, and analytics.

A cashier, salesperson, merchandiser, warehouse employee, and manager can work with one database according to configured permissions. For remote stores that need to connect to a single database via the internet, Torgsoft-Terminal is used. For cloud access to the program, Torgsoft-Online is provided.

What is included in Torgsoft-Ultra

Product and warehouse accounting

A merchandiser creates product cards, enters characteristics, SKUs, and barcodes, and records goods received from a supplier. Torgsoft stores information about the product, purchase and retail price, quantity, and the warehouse where it is located.

The program allows you to record the main product movement operations:

goods receipt;
sale;
return from a customer;
return to supplier;
write-off;
internal transfer between warehouses;
assembly and disassembly;
revaluation;
inventory count.

The manager views the current quantity of goods in the “Warehouse Status” form, product movement, receipts, expenses, internal transfers, and other warehouse documents. During inventory, an employee enters the actual quantity into the inventory statement, after which the manager can check discrepancies against accounting data.

Sales and returns

The cashier records a sale in the “Sale” mode. After the operation is posted, Torgsoft records the sold goods, sale amount, payment, and changes the accounting balance in the corresponding warehouse.

If a customer returns a product, the employee creates a return document. The operation is saved in the database together with other product movement documents. The manager can check sales, returns, discounts, and cash register totals for the selected period.

Several cash registers and workstations

Torgsoft-Ultra is designed for several workstations in local infrastructure. For example, a cashier works with sales, a merchandiser records receipts and changes product data, a warehouse employee works with warehouse documents, and the owner views reports and analytics.

The administrator creates users and configures roles and access rights. An employee can be given only those forms and operations that are needed for their work. “User Action Log” and “Document Change Log” help check the history of work in the program.

Money accounting and settlements with suppliers

Torgsoft keeps financial operations, cash register totals, cash movement, expenses, and settlements with partners. The owner can check where money was received, which payments were made, and what debt remains.

For suppliers, the program supports settlements by goods receipt invoices, settlements in foreign currency, and accounting for goods received on consignment.

Torgsoft-Ultra also includes exchange rates, currency and regional price lists. If the store accepts payments from customers in several currencies, the additional option “Multicurrency Sales” is connected for this purpose.

Wholesale trade and work with invoices

The “Trade with invoice issuance” mode is intended for operations in which a manager prepares documents for a customer. The program allows you to create commercial offers, invoices, and delivery notes, record customer payments, and control debt.

The mode supports partial payment, shipment of goods without full payment, and product reservation. The manager works with the customer’s documents, while the manager checks payments, remaining debt, and product movement.

Customers, discounts, and purchase history

In Torgsoft-Ultra, you can maintain a customer database, customer cards, purchase history and purchase amounts, configure discount policies, and work with discount cards.

Specialized loyalty programs and communications are connected as separate options. These include “Discount Club”, “Gift Certificates”, “Bonuses with Limited Validity Period”, and “Mass Customer Mailings”.

Reports and trade analysis

Torgsoft-Ultra includes reports and analysis tools for products, warehouses, sales, and money. The manager can analyze sales by product types, manufacturers, suppliers, and points of sale, check cost, profitability, balances, and stock turnover.

The program also includes analysis of sales intensity, analysis of goods that have remained in stock for a long time, and ABC/XYZ analysis. These data help the manager evaluate the assortment and make decisions about purchases and stock levels.

Torgsoft-Ultra for online trade

Torgsoft-Ultra can be used as an accounting database for a store that sells both offline and through online channels. External channels are connected through the corresponding additional options.

For working with online sales, the following are provided:

“Synchronization with an online store”;
“Integration with Prom.ua”;
“Integration with Rozetka.ua”;
“Torgsoft-Online Market”;
“Integration with Nova Poshta”;
“Integration with Ukrposhta”.

After a specific integration is configured, Torgsoft exchanges with the corresponding service the data provided for this option. The set of data and the exchange procedure depend on the selected integration. Working with external websites, marketplaces, and postal services requires an internet connection.

Which options can extend Torgsoft-Ultra

Additional options are connected separately to the main license. The entrepreneur chooses them according to the processes of their business.

“Synchronization with an online store” — for exchanging data between the accounting database and the website.

“Product storage location” — for address-based placement of goods in the warehouse.

“Gift Certificates” — for issuing, selling, and accounting for certificates.
“Mass Customer Mailings” — for communication with the customer database through supported channels.
“Multicurrency Sales” — for sales and accepting payments in several currencies.

The list of additional options is much wider. Their composition depends on whether the business needs production, specialized warehouse accounting, warranty accounting, rental, work with weighted goods, an extended loyalty system, or other special scenarios.

When Torgsoft-Ultra is chosen

Torgsoft-Ultra is appropriate when one store or warehouse needs the full functionality of Torgsoft and several workstations in local infrastructure.

Torgsoft-Start is designed for simpler accounting of one store and has limitations for some functions and additional options.

Torgsoft-Terminal is intended for a network and remote workstations that need access via the internet to a single database on the server.

Torgsoft-Online provides a cloud-based work format: the program and database are hosted on a Torgsoft server, and the user connects via the internet.

Before choosing a version, it is worth determining the number of cash registers and workstations, the location of stores and warehouses, the need for remote access, online sales channels, and the list of additional operations. These parameters determine the required license, architecture, and set of options.
