Changing the Torgsoft License Type

Changing the Torgsoft license type is needed when the capabilities of the current license are no longer sufficient for organizing accounting. In this section, you can purchase an upgrade from Torgsoft-Start to Torgsoft-Ultra or Torgsoft-Terminal, as well as from Torgsoft-Ultra to Torgsoft-Terminal.

When choosing an upgrade, consider your current license, the number of purchased workstations, and the way employees need to connect to the shared Torgsoft database.

When a License Change Is Needed

Upgrading from Torgsoft-Start to Torgsoft-Ultra is suitable for a business that needs additional accounting capabilities: several accounting centers, wholesale sales, advanced customer management, supplier orders, integration with an online store, marketplaces and delivery services, additional analytics, and other Torgsoft-Ultra features.

Upgrading to Torgsoft-Terminal is needed for working with a shared database through a remote server. Employees can connect to Torgsoft via the internet from different stores, warehouses, offices, or other workplaces. The number of connections is increased using client licenses.

Which Upgrade Option to Choose

Torgsoft-Start → Torgsoft-Ultra — to expand accounting functionality in a local network.
Torgsoft-Start → Torgsoft-Terminal — to switch to working through a remote server.
1 Torgsoft-Ultra → Torgsoft-Terminal — if one Ultra workstation is currently used.
2 Torgsoft-Ultra → Torgsoft-Terminal — if two Ultra licenses have been purchased.
3 or more Torgsoft-Ultra → Torgsoft-Terminal — if three or more Ultra licenses have been purchased.

How to Change the License Type

Choose the upgrade option according to your current license and the number of workstations.
Place and pay for the order to change the license type.
Contact Torgsoft technical support to re-license the software.
To upgrade to Torgsoft-Terminal, prepare the server according to the technical requirements specified in the card of the selected upgrade.
