Additional options

Additional Torgsoft options are paid functions and integrations that extend the capabilities of the installed Torgsoft program. The catalog contains 50 options for product and warehouse accounting, sales, payments, customer and personnel management, production, service, online trade, fiscalization, and retail equipment.

Options are selected for specific business processes. For example, a store can connect a bank terminal and Software RRO, a production business can use materials and finished goods accounting, and an online store can use synchronization with the website, marketplaces, and delivery services.

What Tasks Additional Torgsoft Options Solve

Products and warehouse. The options extend product accounting by serial numbers and units of measure, work with storage locations, minimum and maximum stock levels, warehouse stock calculation, seasonal storage, and product photos. For weighted goods, there are separate functions for packaging, labeling, and transferring weight from electronic scales during sale.

Sales and checkout. Torgsoft can be supplemented with multi-currency sales, wholesale pricing rules, a customer display, a bank terminal, a hardware fiscal registrar, Software RRO, and a self-checkout. Each of these options performs a separate operation in the sales process.

Customers and loyalty programs. The catalog includes Discount Club, Gift Certificates, bonuses with a limited validity period, the “Bring a Friend” promotion, Referral Program, mass mailings, discount card verification via SMS, visitor tracking, and work with customer data and Binotel telephony.

Personnel. Additional functions make it possible to link the sale of each item to a specific salesperson, calculate salary and motivation, and send service messages to employees with confirmation of acknowledgment.

Production, repair, and rental. For production, Torgsoft manages bills of materials, materials, finished goods output, production acts, and related operations. Separate options are intended for goods rental, repair, and warranty service.

Online stores and marketplaces. Torgsoft supports synchronization with an online store, Torgsoft Online Market, Prom.ua, Rozetka.ua, and Satu.kz. Through the relevant options, the program transfers data about products, prices, characteristics, and other information provided by the specific integration, and receives order data according to its settings.

Delivery. Integrations with Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta use Torgsoft order data to work with shipments, print documents, and check delivery statuses.

Finance and special accounting. Separate options are intended for bank statements, F1–F2 warehouse accounting, inventory accounting, excise tax declaration, electronic invoices for Kazakhstan, and informing commission agents.

Mobile and remote work. The Torgsoft mobile application provides access to selected program operations from a smartphone or tablet. Torgsoft-Hybrid is used with a remote server and supports the operations intended for it during temporary loss of connection with the server.

Data and database maintenance. Cloud Archive creates backup copies of the database according to a configured scenario. The option for deleting statistics of closed periods is used for databases where closed-period data needs to be cleared according to the rules of this function.

How to Choose the Right Option

First, define the operation that needs to be added to Torgsoft. For the checkout, this may be automatic transfer of the amount to a bank terminal; for the warehouse, location-based storage or stock calculation; for customers, gift certificates or bonuses; for online sales, a specific integration with a website, marketplace, or delivery service.

After choosing, check the option card. Purchase terms differ: a license may be issued for a workstation, local network, server, retail outlet, separate computer, or device. Some options have a limited validity period and require renewal.

Also check compatibility with your Torgsoft license, requirements for the program version, equipment, internet connection, and external services. For integrations with bank terminals, scales, fiscal registrars, visitor counters, and other devices, the specific model and connection method matter.
