Customer Profile and Binotel Calls — an option that accumulates customers’ purchase history and interests and connects the Torgsoft database with Binotel IP telephony. The manager sees the customer card with debts, purchases, and previous contacts before even answering the call and can issue an invoice without searching for the customer in the database. It is suitable for businesses with a sales department and managers who actively handle phone negotiations.
What the Customer Profile and Binotel Calls option can do
Customer database and interests
- Classification by interests and purchases — customers are grouped by the categories of goods they buy.
- Interest directory — created in the «Marketing — Interests» menu item and linked to product types.
- Automatic filling of interests — the «Fill interests by purchases» button adds interests to customer cards based on previous purchases.
- Communication history — records contacts, agreements, and communication results for each customer.
- Quick card creation — by the incoming number of a new caller, the program offers to create a card in one click or link the number to an existing card.
Calls and integration with Binotel
- Call pop-up window — during an incoming or outgoing call, a card opens with the customer’s name, purchase history, debts, and unpaid invoices.
- One-click call — the «Call» button starts an outgoing call through a softphone, for example eyeBeam, from the customer card, call log, sale, order, or invoice issuing form.
- Call log — stores answered, outgoing, and missed calls; missed calls are highlighted in red.
- Offline synchronization — after Torgsoft starts, it automatically loads from the Binotel server the calls that came in while the program was turned off.
- Access to documents during a conversation — directly from the call window, you can go to invoice issuing, outgoing invoices, payments, and the «Commercial offer» and «Invoices» tabs.
- Listening settings — pop-up windows are shown to a specific manager by their internal number or to all users of a shared department.
Reminders and tasks
- Personal reminders — on the assigned day, the program displays a task on the screen, for example, to call a customer back or remind them about payment.
- Action planning — tasks and results of previous contacts are maintained for each customer.
- Automatic event notifications — the system notifies the manager about scheduled actions.
Segmentation and analytics
- Cross-cutting «By interests» filter — available in the «Customer Activity Analysis», «Bulk Messaging», and «Customer Survey System» forms.
- Narrow customer lists — segments for targeted offers and promotions are formed by interests.
Some features work together with related options. The Bulk Messaging to Customers option handles mailings based on collected interests, while targeted reminders for online orders appear when the Online Store Synchronization option is enabled.
Customer cards, VIP customers, birthdays, family composition, and the customer survey mode are basic Torgsoft functionality in the corresponding licenses. This option adds a communication and analytics layer to this base: Binotel telephony, reminders, and interests.
