Torgsoft Hybrid — is a separate checkout program for working with a remote server, which allows you to process sales, returns, and receipt printing even without internet. After the connection is restored, all data is automatically synchronized with the main Torgsoft database. The option is needed for remote outlets and retail chains using the Torgsoft Terminal license where connection interruptions are possible.
What the Torgsoft Hybrid option can do
Sales, returns, and warehouse
- Online and offline sales — the cashier scans the barcode of a product or the customer’s discount card, adds a product from the warehouse or by manual search, edits the quantity, and applies a card discount.
- Cash or cashless payment — for cashless payment, the amount is transferred to the bank terminal, and the receipt is printed automatically after payment.
- Product return — processing by the barcode of the sales receipt or by manually selecting the product. Available only with internet access.
- Warehouse status — quick check of product availability, price, and characteristics directly at the checkout.
Cash register, fiscalization, and equipment
- Fiscal receipts — printing a fiscal receipt (including in offline mode), X- and Z-reports, and service actions with the fiscal registrar.
- Software ECR — fiscalization of sales through PECR directly from Hybrid.
- Weighing weighted goods — automatic reading of weight from electronic scales or manual weight entry.
- Bank terminal — the program transfers the amount due to the terminal, so the cashier does not need to enter it manually.
- Receipt print templates — printer selection and receipt template editing in the built-in FastReport editor.
Staff, offline work, and settings
- Workday registration — the employee records the start and end of work by scanning a badge, with photo capture and registration receipt printing; the sale is assigned to the salesperson.
- Work without internet — all actions are saved and synchronized after the connection is restored; the main form shows the number of packages in the queue.
- Several modes at the same time — Sale, Return, and Warehouse status open in separate tabs.
- Cache clearing — updating access rights and user settings after changes in the central database.
- Custom logo — replacing the Torgsoft Hybrid inscription at the top of the window with your store image.
Operation of trade and fiscal equipment in Hybrid starting from version 1.10.7 requires separate related options specifically for Hybrid: connection of a fiscal registrar, Software ECR, electronic scales, and a bank terminal for the Hybrid option.
