For comprehensive "turnkey" automation of online trade using Torgsoft, you will need a combination of software (the system core), an online store platform, additional options for logistics and finance, as well as appropriate equipment and service support.

1. Software (Accounting Foundation)

For full-fledged online trading, it is recommended to choose extended license versions, as the basic "Start" version has limitations regarding synchronization.

Torgsoft License.
"Ultra" Version: suitable if you have one physical warehouse/shop from which shipments are made.
"Terminal" Version: necessary if you have a retail chain, several warehouses, or if you need to organize remote work for employees via the Internet from different locations.
"Torgsoft-Online" (Rental): an alternative to purchasing a license. You rent the software and server from Torgsoft. This is convenient for a quick start without spending on a powerful server computer.
Server: if you buy a license (do not rent), you need a main computer (server) with a static IP address to host the database, especially for the "Terminal" version.

2. Online Store Platform (Showcase)

Torgsoft offers its own "turnkey" solution or integration with third-party websites.

Option A: Torgsoft Online Market (TOM) — recommended for a "turnkey" solution. This is a ready-made online store that launches in 1 day and is already synchronized with the Torgsoft database.
What is needed: Torgsoft license (Ultra or Terminal) + "Torgsoft Online Market" option + Domain name and Hosting.
Advantages: no need to purchase a synchronization option, automatic updates of stock, prices, photos, and descriptions from the program, handling of characteristics (color, size).
Option B: Synchronization with an existing website (CMS). If you already have a website (e.g., on Prom, OpenCart, WordPress/WooCommerce, Khoroshop), the "Synchronization with online store" option is required.
Requirement: your website must be able to accept and process files in .csv or .xml (YML) format.

3. Key Options for Process Automation

For the system to work "turnkey" (from order to shipment and receipt), the following modules are necessary:

Logistics.
"Synchronization with Nova Poshta": allows you to create shipping documents (TTN) directly in the program, track parcel statuses, and automatically pull customer data.
"Synchronization with Ukrposhta": similar functionality for shipments via Ukrposhta.
Marketplaces (Additional Sales Channels).
"Synchronization with Prom.ua" and "Synchronization with Rozetka": allows uploading goods to marketplaces and receiving orders directly in Torgsoft.
Finance and PRO (Fiscal Registers).
"Software PRO" (PRRO): for fiscalization of receipts in online trade. Allows sending electronic receipts to clients (via email or messengers).
"Bank Statements on Accounts": automatically uploads payments from clients (e.g., from Privat24 or Monobank) into the program, linking them to orders.
Communication.
"Mass SMS and E-mail Sending": for informing clients about order status (e.g., tracking number) or promotions.

4. Trading Equipment (for Warehouse/Office)

For physical handling of goods and parcel formation, you will need:

Label Printer: for marking goods with barcodes and printing shipping labels (TTN).
Barcode Scanner: for quick product search when assembling orders, conducting inventory, and shipping.
Receipt Printer: if you plan to print paper receipts or internal invoices.

5. Implementation Services

To launch "turnkey", it is worth using the services of specialists to avoid mistakes at the start:
