For complex automation of production based on the Torgsoft program, you will need a combination of the appropriate license, specialized additional options, and trade equipment. The system allows you to manage the full cycle: from purchasing raw materials to selling finished products, with automatic calculation of cost and craftsmen's wages. Here is a detailed list of what is required:
1. Torgsoft License
To connect the production module, you need one of the following license versions, as the basic "Start" version does not support connecting this option:
Torgsoft-Ultra — if work is planned on a single computer or within the local network of one shop/workshop.
Torgsoft-Terminal — if you need to operate a retail network, remote access via the internet, or combine several warehouses/shops into one database.
Important: The "Production" option is not included in the basic license cost and is purchased separately.
2. Software Options
For full automation of production processes, it is necessary to activate the following functions:
"Production: Accounting of materials and finished products" — this is the main option. It allows you to create technological maps, production acts, write off materials, and post finished products.
"Payroll calculation, motivation system, penalties, and incentives for salespeople" (recommended) — allows automatically calculating piece-rate wages for employees based on performed technological operations (e.g., for each sewn item or assembled unit).
"Packaging of weighted goods and barcode labeling" (if needed) — if your production involves weighted goods (food products, building materials, etc.) and requires printing labels with weight.
3. Trade Equipment (without prices)
For material accounting, product labeling, and inventory, the following set of equipment will be needed:
Label printer — for printing barcodes for finished products, semi-finished goods, and for labeling materials. This allows scanning goods at the production and sales stages.
Barcode scanner — necessary for identifying materials during write-off to production, scanning operations in route sheets (for payroll calculation), and selling finished products. A wireless scanner is recommended if the warehouse is large.
Scales (electronic trade or packaging) — if weighted ingredients are used in production. Scales can be connected to the program for automatic weight transmission to the system.
Data collection terminal (PDT) — for conducting inventory at the warehouse of raw materials and finished products, especially with large volumes.
Receipt printer (or a standard office printer) — for printing route sheets, internal transfer invoices, and production acts.
4. Key Features of the "Production" Mode
The production module in Torgsoft allows automating the following processes:
Technological maps: you can create a product recipe (calculation) by listing all materials included in its composition and the necessary technological operations (works).
Automatic material write-off: when manufacturing a finished product (creating a Production Act), the program automatically writes off the necessary amount of materials from the warehouse according to the technological map and posts the finished product.
Cost calculation: the system automatically calculates the cost of the finished product based on the cost of materials used and the cost of works performed.
Accounting of semi-finished goods: possibility of multi-stage production, where a product consists of other semi-finished goods manufactured by you.
Route sheets and stage control: generation of route sheets to track the stages of the product's passage through workshops and record the performance of works by specific employees.
Piece-rate wage payment: payroll calculation for craftsmen based on performed operations (e.g., "cutting", "sewing", "packing"), which are scanned from the route sheet.
Waste accounting: possibility to account for returnable waste that is returned to the warehouse.
Production orders: production planning based on customer orders with deadline control.
To get acquainted with the functionality, you can download a demo version of the program for 30 days and test the production mode for free.
