Torgsoft Licenses

The choice of license depends on the scale of your store and development plans:

Torgsoft-Start: suitable for a small store with one workplace (laptop or computer) if you need basic accounting (incoming goods, warehouse, sales, returns). However, this version lacks some functions, such as "Kitting" and internal transfer.
Torgsoft-Ultra: recommended option for a full-fledged stationery store. This version supports extended functionality: working with intermediaries, wholesale trade, kitting (assembling sets like "First Grader"), a bonus system, and working with VIP clients.
Torgsoft-Terminal: necessary if you plan a retail chain (several stores) that will work with a single database via the Internet, or if you need remote access to the program (for example, for an accountant or owner from home).

Additional Options (Modules)

For a stationery store, options that speed up service and simplify work with small items are critical:

Software RRO (pRRO): allows you to fiscalize receipts directly in the program and send them to the tax office, which is mandatory for most individual entrepreneurs. A standard thermal printer is used to print such receipts.
Bank terminal connection: integrates the POS terminal with the program. The amount to be paid is automatically transferred to the terminal, which eliminates cashier errors when entering the amount manually and speeds up service.
Packing of weighed goods and labeling with a barcode: although stationery is mostly sold by piece, this option is useful for packing items sold individually (for example, selling pens one by one from a large pack or paper by the sheet). It allows you to print a label for an assembled set or a single item.
Deleting statistics of closed periods: a useful option at the start to clear test data after staff training and start work "clean".
Synchronization with an online store (optional): if you plan to sell stationery through Prom, Rozetka, or your own website, this option will allow you to automatically update stock balances and prices.

Trade Equipment

To work with a large number of small items (pens, erasers, pencils), the equipment must be reliable:

Label printer: mandatory. Many stationery items do not have a factory barcode or it is too small. You will need to print your own adhesive labels with a barcode, price, and name.
Barcode scanner: mandatory. A 2D scanner is recommended, which reads not only standard stripes but also QR codes. You can choose a wired one (for the checkout) or a wireless one (for inventory in the warehouse).
Receipt printer: necessary for printing non-fiscal receipts or fiscal receipts via pRRO. The tape width is usually 57 mm or 80 mm.
Computer / Laptop / POS monoblock: Windows OS must be installed on it. This is the "brain" of the system where Torgsoft will be installed.
Bank terminal: a device for accepting card payments, which is provided by the bank and connected to the program (via an option).
