The option automates accounting for materials, output, and the cost of finished products. You see the real cost of each item — as the sum of the raw materials used and the work performed — and control the movement of materials in a single system. For businesses that do not only resell goods but also manufacture or assemble products: sewing, food and woodworking production, jewelry workshops.
What the option can do
Technological cards and product range
- Technological cards — product templates with raw material consumption rates and a list of operations. Multi-level production is supported: an act for a semi-finished product is created automatically.
- Several cards for one product — if a product can be manufactured in different ways, several technological cards are created for it, and the required one is selected when launching production.
- Work with models — cards and orders can be maintained for models with size grids and colors: a general card for the model, while cards for specific sizes and colors are created based on it.
- Operation groups — dozens of operations can be combined into a group and added to the route as a whole block, without entering them one by one.
- Comments on operations — an explanation or requirements can be added to each operation; they are copied to the production act and routing sheet for the technician.
Raw materials, warehouse, and waste
- Automatic write-off of raw materials — materials are written off from the warehouse according to the rates at the moment the product is released; if necessary, the write-off can be linked to the completion of a specific operation.
- Material reservation — raw materials can be reserved for a specific production act so that they are not used for other needs.
- Material alternatives — if the main material is not available in the warehouse in sufficient quantity, the program suggests a predefined alternative and substitutes it in the required proportion.
- Rolls and cuts — fabric can be received as rolls with their own barcodes, and specific cuts from a roll can be written off to production.
- Waste accounting — scraps or usable defects are written off from the main material and received back into the warehouse as goods for reuse.
Production process and equipment
- Production acts and routing sheets — launching production with the possibility of partial batch release and proportional recalculation.
- The «Weighing» operation with scales — the operation can be linked to electronic scales: the technician weighs the material, and the program reads the exact weight and writes it off from the warehouse.
- Equipment usage analysis — operations are linked to machines, which makes it possible to analyze their workload.
Cost, salary, and planning
- Automatic cost calculation — the product cost includes the purchase price of the materials used and the monetary value of the work performed.
- Piecework accounting — the program records who performed each operation of the routing sheet; accrual is made as a fixed amount per action or by time.
- Team work — salary for an operation can be accrued not only to an individual technician but also distributed among the members of a production team.
- Individual coefficients — each employee can be assigned a production salary coefficient by which the base price of the operation is multiplied.
- Mass update of rates — when the price of an operation changes in the technological card, prices are automatically updated in all open production acts.
- Control of operation registration — it can be configured so that completed operations are confirmed by the department head, and the program records who exactly confirmed the work.
- Production planning — the system calculates the shortage of raw materials based on technological cards and orders and creates a purchase order for the supplier.
- Production orders — accepting individual requests with prepayment, controlling readiness, and shipping by invoices and consignment notes.
Production accounting for raw materials and output works independently. For automatic accrual of piecework salary to technicians, the separate «Salary Calculation for Salespeople and Motivation System» option is required — without it, the payment fields for the performer are unavailable.
