What the «Integration with Nova Poshta» option can do

Creating and printing consignment notes

• Creating a consignment note from a document — the consignment note is created based on a sales invoice or invoice, without manually transferring the full name, phone number and amount.
• Shipment parameters — delivery type (branch-branch, address-branch, address-address), payer and payment form, weight, volume, declared value and cargo type.
• Volumetric weight calculator — based on the specified width, length and height, the program automatically calculates the volume and volumetric weight of the shipment.
• Return delivery and cash on delivery — setting up cash on delivery or document return; the «Cash on delivery» attribute from the invoice is transferred to the consignment note automatically.
• Consignment note templates — typical dimensions, weight and description can be saved as a template and used to create new consignment notes in one or two clicks.
• Printing consignment notes and labels — printing consignment notes on A4 or compactly on half a sheet, as well as labels with barcodes on thermal printers; scanning the branded package number is supported.
• Printing registers — creating and printing registers for mass handover of parcels to a courier or branch.

Customers, addresses and directories

• Sender database — you can add several senders and select the required one when creating a consignment note; multiple API keys are supported, as well as their replacement after expiration without data loss.
• Automatic recipient creation — the Nova Poshta recipient is created based on the Torgsoft customer card with automatic insertion of the full name and phone number.
• Several addresses for one customer — several delivery addresses and contact persons are stored in the customer card, and one of them can be set as the default address.
• Creating a customer by consignment note number — by the number of an already created consignment note, the program adds the customer to the database with automatic data retrieval.
• City and branch directories — selection from the Nova Poshta directory; directories are cached in the local database, which speeds up search in large cities and removes closed branches.
• Parcel locker support — creating shipments to self-service parcel terminals, taking into account the carrier’s size and weight restrictions.
• Binding third-party consignment notes — by the number of a consignment note created on the Nova Poshta website or app, the program downloads its parameters and links it to the customer’s sales invoice.

Tracking, payments and registers

• Status monitoring — the parcel status is visible directly in the program; in the list of consignment notes, it is marked with icons (sent, at the branch, received).
• Cash on delivery control — the program shows the movement of funds (money has arrived, money has been received), so the cashier can see whether the payment receipt can be recorded.
• Background scheduled updates — mass status updates for all consignment notes through an Application Server task; notifications are sent only in case of tracking errors.
• Registers for group handover — adding consignment notes to registers for quick handover to the operator without scanning each parcel separately.

Automation and related services

• Link with orders — when importing orders from an online store or marketplace, delivery data (city, branch) is inserted automatically, and the created consignment note number can be sent back to the marketplace.
• Customer notification — after generating the consignment note, the customer can be sent the tracking number and amount payable by SMS or Viber.
• Financial accounting of expenses — if the sender pays for delivery, the program creates an expense document in Torgsoft.
• Access rights separation — employees can be allowed or prohibited from creating consignment notes, changing them, deleting them from the register or viewing delivery analytics.
• Additional carrier services — selection of options such as «Packaging», «Shipping without a box», «Saturday delivery», «Floor delivery», «Personal courier delivery into hands», «Local Express» and others.
