Integration with Prom.ua | 1-year license sets up automatic two-way exchange between the Torgsoft program and the Prom.ua marketplace: products, characteristics, photos, prices and stock balances are uploaded to the website, while orders placed by customers are downloaded into the accounting program. The stock balance on the website is updated after each sale, so the customer will not order a product that is no longer in stock, and the manager does not need to manually transfer orders from the Prom.ua account to the database. The option is suitable for entrepreneurs who sell on Prom.ua alongside a physical store, as well as online stores with a large or dynamic assortment.
What the Integration with Prom.ua option can do
Uploading the catalog to Prom.ua
- Product upload — transferring names, detailed descriptions, photos, SKUs, barcodes and linking to Prom.ua categories to the marketplace.
- Product group formatting — uploading descriptions of the groups themselves, texts before and after the product list, and links to category images.
- Price synchronization — instant price updates on the website after revaluation, including several levels of wholesale prices depending on the quantity of goods in the cart.
- Working with variations — grouping products that differ only by color or size, using the «Model ID» parameter, so that they are displayed on the website inside one product card.
- Flexible characteristics — transferring custom dynamic characteristics, search queries, marking codes (GTIN, MPN) and Ukrainian translations of descriptions.
- Cross-selling — uploading links between products: gift identifiers and related products.
- Preserving HTML markup — editing the description in the built-in HTML editor; in plain text, the program automatically converts line breaks into paragraphs.
- Availability management — products with zero stock balance can be uploaded with the «Expected» status, and certified companies can assign the «Availability guarantee» status for higher priority in catalog results.
- Prom family — uploaded products are automatically also placed on Bigl.ua if ProSale advertising campaigns are enabled in the Prom.ua account.
Stock synchronization and order processing
- Two-way stock synchronization — the product quantity on the website is updated after each sale in the offline store, which prevents orders for unavailable goods.
- Order receiving — completed online orders are downloaded into Torgsoft in the «Remote customer order» mode by timer or manually.
- Automatic invoice creation — for an order with the «Paid» status, the program immediately creates an invoice for the corresponding payment method, bypassing the preliminary order.
- Payment method association — payment methods from Prom.ua are linked to specific cash registers and settlement accounts; a method can be marked as cash on delivery.
- Status management from the program — order status changes, such as «Completed» or cancellation, are performed directly in the Torgsoft window and instantly transferred to the marketplace.
- Cancellation with a reason — when canceling, a reason must be selected: «Price changed», «Insufficient data» or «Other», with a comment.
Delivery, fiscalization and communication
- Automatic waybill transfer — the number of the Nova Poshta consignment note created in Torgsoft is automatically assigned to the corresponding order on Prom.ua.
- Recipient substitution — for delivery to a Nova Poshta branch, the recipient and address are created automatically, without manual data entry.
Technical tools, control and security
- Multi-account support — synchronization with an unlimited number of stores on Prom.ua from a single Torgsoft accounting database.
- Uploading large price lists — if the file exceeds the direct upload limit (10 MB), products are uploaded via a direct link; large volumes are compressed before sending.
- Flexible photo upload — photos are stored on your own FTP server, and only those that have changed since the last synchronization are transferred.
- Synchronization log — a separate tab records each action, its result and detailed error text.
- Owner notifications — if a background synchronization error occurs, the user with the appropriate permissions receives a notification in the program system.
- Failure protection — if a failure occurs while transferring photos, the program remembers the files that were not transferred and generates correct links on the next attempt.
The option works as an add-on to the basic Online Store Synchronization option — all exchange settings with Prom.ua are located in its menu.
