The option manages a partner program with accounting for partner organizations, their employees, and the customers they attract. The program calculates the number of customers for each partner and provides a report that allows you to accrue rewards based on actual sales, not manually. It is suitable for businesses that attract customers through partners, specialists, and recommendations.
What the «Referral Program» option can do
Accounting for partners and recommendations
- Partner referrer directory — after activating the option, the «Partner referrer» subitem appears in the «Settings» menu item for maintaining a list of organizations that recommend your store.
- Accounting for partner employees — the «Referrer employee» subitem records which specialist of the organization brought the buyer.
- Linking a customer to a referrer — in the Customer Card («Marketing — Customers» menu item), two lists appear on the «Other» tab, where you select the partner and their employee who attracted the customer.
- Report on partner referrers — the «Report on partner referrers and their employees» button on the «Customers» form shows the number of attracted customers for each partner, each employee, and in total.
Analytics and filters
- Filters by partner and employee — on the «Customers» form, you can select buyers of a specific partner or their employee.
- Fields in analytics reports — the same filters are available in the «Customer Activity Analysis» and «Bulk Messaging — Bulk Messaging Analysis» forms.
- Traffic quality assessment — this data shows how often customers of a specific partner return and how they respond to your messages.
Rewards and settlements
- One-time payment to a partner — payment for attracted customers can be recorded as an expense and linked to an outgoing invoice to see the net profit from the deal.
- Percentage through the «Intermediaries» mode — for regular cooperation, the program calculates the partner’s percentage and maintains a separate «Balance with intermediaries» for transparent mutual settlements. The «Intermediaries» mode is built into Torgsoft Ultra and Terminal free of charge.
- Flexible percentage setup — the reward rate can be set differently depending on the type or group of goods sold.
Marketing for the partner’s customers
- Personal offers — using filters by referrers, you provide separate discounts and launch joint promotions for customers of a specific partner.
- Targeted mailings — Viber, SMS, and email messages can be sent specifically to customers of the selected partner.
- Partner promo codes as a label — the promo code links the customer to the partner at the time of sale. The generation of promo codes itself and automatic bonuses for them are handled by a separate option.
Some scenarios work together with related options. Automatic promo codes and bonuses for them are provided by the «Bring a Friend» Promotion. Bulk messages to the partner’s customers require the Bulk Messaging to Customers option. The Customer Profile and Binotel Calls option helps accumulate purchase and call history, while the Discount Club helps connect the partner’s customers to the discount program.
