The «Integration with Rozetka.ua» option sets up two-way data exchange between the Torgsoft program and the ROZETKA marketplace: it exports products, prices, stock balances, characteristics, and photos, and imports orders placed by customers directly into accounting. The manager maintains the catalog and processes orders in one Torgsoft window, without constantly working in the ROZETKA seller account. It is suitable for retail and wholesale stores with a large assortment that sell on ROZETKA.
What the «Integration with Rozetka.ua» option can do
Catalog and price list
- Price list generation — creates a file in XML (YML) format that meets ROZETKA requirements and recommendations.
- Automatic scheduled export — updates the file at a specified interval; ROZETKA retrieves the price list every hour and updates product prices and availability.
- Local saving — saves the price list to the computer for preview and validation before submitting it for moderation.
- Check before export — the «Synchronization file analysis» action shows products with missing required fields so that the price list can pass moderation.
Categories, characteristics, and photos
- Downloading directories via API — the «Save ROZETKA database» action transfers the category tree, list of manufacturers, and product characteristics to Torgsoft.
- Bulk product setup — the «ROZETKA marketplace setup wizard» links product types to final categories and sets the manufacturer or characteristics for an entire product type and its subtypes at once.
- Photo export — transfers photos to your server, creating technical file names without Cyrillic characters, as required by ROZETKA.
- Synchronization log — records events (server connection, file processing, errors) with filters by synchronization type and result.
Orders
- Order download — receives placed orders automatically by timer (minimum interval: 10 minutes) or manually in the «Remote customer order» mode.
- Invoice issuing — creates an invoice based on the order; further processing is carried out in the «Trade with invoicing» mode.
- Two-way status synchronization — the manager’s actions in Torgsoft change the order status in the ROZETKA seller account, and the program updates the order if it was changed in the account.
- Payment methods — the «Download/update payment methods» action creates cash and cashless payment methods linked to a cash register or current account.
The option works independently. To print declarations (TTNs) directly from the issued invoice, connect «Integration with Nova Poshta» or «Integration with Ukrposhta». For fiscalization of online sales and sending electronic receipts — the «Software ECR» option.
