Integration with Satu.kz is an option that provides automatic two-way exchange of products, stock balances, prices, descriptions, and orders between the Torgsoft accounting database and the Satu.kz marketplace. All catalog management and order processing are handled in a single Torgsoft database, which removes the need to copy data manually and reduces the risk of overselling and outdated stock balances on the website. It is designed for retail businesses and online stores in Kazakhstan that sell through Satu.kz.
What the Integration with Satu.kz option does
Catalog, stock balance, and price synchronization
- Product catalog upload — product names, photos, descriptions, retail and wholesale prices are transferred from Torgsoft to Satu.kz.
- Stock balance and price synchronization — product availability on the website is updated (preventing orders for unavailable items), and new prices after revaluation are transferred to the marketplace.
- Unavailable product management — products with zero stock balance can be hidden or uploaded to the website with the «Awaiting» status.
- Assortment filtering — you can configure the upload of only products available in stock or only items with photos added.
- Additional specifications and dimensions — in addition to basic descriptions, metric data such as release date, length, width, and height are transferred.
- Description transliteration — an automatic Latin-character Slug is created for descriptions, which solves the issue of prohibited characters and improves the operation of website filters.
- Category hierarchy upload — not only the final folder is transferred, but the full category «tree» from the root folder to the current one.
- Group formatting — individual descriptions of product groups (text before and after the list) and links to section images are transferred.
- HTML description transfer — formatted HTML descriptions, as well as dynamic and static characteristics, are transferred for correct display in the product card and proper operation of filters.
- Photo list upload — in addition to the main photo, extra images are also uploaded (as a list of file names or as direct URL links).
Working with orders and customers
- Automatic order download — orders placed by customers on Satu.kz are imported into Torgsoft in the «remote customer order» mode, and if the order has been paid, an invoice is created immediately.
- Automatic invoice creation — in the synchronization form settings, you can enable automatic invoice creation when a new order is downloaded.
- Order status synchronization — actions performed in Torgsoft (shipment, payment, cancellation) automatically change the status of the corresponding order in the Satu.kz seller account.
- Customer database creation — when processing an order, a new buyer is registered automatically, or the contact details of an existing customer are updated (full name, phone number, e-mail, delivery address).
- Product reservation — when an order is downloaded, the product is automatically reserved until the reservation date specified by the customer or for the specified number of days.
- Consignment note download — transport consignment notes (TTN) for orders can be downloaded automatically. This function works with the Integration with Nova Poshta option.
- Accounting center management — you can configure from which warehouse the product will be written off or reserved, and at what price it will be sold.
Automation, background operation, and control
- Scheduled exchange — a timer is configured to download orders and transfer stock balances in the background (no more often than once every 10 minutes).
- Partial synchronization — if you only need to quickly update prices and stock balances, downloading new orders can be temporarily disabled in the timer settings, which significantly speeds up the process.
- Background operation through the server — the exchange can be assigned to a system service (application server). In this case, synchronization works around the clock even when Torgsoft is closed.
- Failure tolerance — during automatic download, if one of the order files is damaged, the program does not stop the entire process; it skips the error and continues downloading the remaining orders.
- Global notifications — during automatic download by timer, the program shows the exact number of newly received orders and invoices on the screen.
- Synchronization log — a complete log of all events is maintained (connection to the FTP server, photo upload, processing of each file); search and filters by error text are available.
To upload wholesale prices to Satu.kz, the Wholesale Price Policy option must be enabled and configured, and the minimum wholesale quantity for the product must be specified — otherwise, the wholesale price will not be transferred to the marketplace.
