Ticket is:

  • Consultations and assistance with the Torgsoft product accounting program, system administration of computers and servers, connection of trade equipment.
  • 1 ticket = 1 request to the technical support service during 1 day, until the decision of the request. Time limit for a ticket is 1 hour.
  • No mandatory fees - you purchase tickets as and when you need them. Tickets can be purchased in advance - their activation occurs at the moment of contacting the technical support.

Working schedule of the technical support

Technical support Torgsoft works daily.

  • Monday through Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 on Kyiv time.

Technical support accepts appeals by phone, in Telegram, Viber.
