Ticket is:
- Consultations and assistance with the Torgsoft product accounting program, system administration of computers and servers, connection of trade equipment.
- 1 ticket = 1 request to the technical support service during 1 day, until the decision of the request. Time limit for a ticket is 1 hour.
- No mandatory fees - you purchase tickets as and when you need them. Tickets can be purchased in advance - their activation occurs at the moment of contacting the technical support.
