Exchange and return

The procedure for the exchange and return of goods is regulated in detail by the Public Offer Agreement for retail sale and purchase.

Commercial equipment and consumables.

We observe the right to return goods within 14 days if:

• the product does not suit you
• the complete set of the product is preserved
• the external appearance of the product, its packaging, and seals are preserved
• a defect is detected (although we carefully inspect commercial equipment twice: when it is received from the supplier and when it is shipped to the customer)

The warranty does not apply if:

• commercial equipment or consumables were used not for their intended purpose
• safety rules were neglected, which led to equipment malfunction (poor wiring or extension cords, voltage fluctuations, water exposure, falling from height)
• certain consumable parts that are affected by motor life or improper use

Licenses and Additional Options are non-refundable in accordance with the Public Offer Agreement.
